Nate's an issue for Sentry. And as much as I hate to admit it, probably for Gladiator as well. But TP wise, I think Count's safe from Nate, and Majestic has had thousands of years of mental training against telepathic attacks, fought off a legion of daemonites attempting to possess his body, etc. So...

Swept through the entire city, to locate the same telepaths while they attempted to hid their presence.
Merged a fragmented mind across realities.
Reformed the fragmented mind of Hybrid (another Psi character).
Planetary astral projection.
