She.... almost effortlessly blocked all of Starkillers force attacks during their fight, while mentally controlling the Sarlaac and when she died there was a 'huge explosion of force energy.'
And that's it.
Oh, and she blocked one of Grevious' saber blows with the force in the Clone wars.

Keep in mind that that particular duo's teamwork was legendary by that point; they knew each other inside out, a critical quality that the partnership of Kenobi and Shaak Ti lacks.

It took a "flick" of his wrist to put Kenobi on his ass. Shaak Ti isn't as aggressive or powerful a swordsman as Anakin -- or, as far as I know, Sora Bulq, whom Dooku casually electrocuted into unconsciousness with one hand while toying with Master Tholme with the other -- and she won't be able to cover Obi-Wan's back as well, so there's no reason he couldn't replicate the feat.
Wikipedia says Shaak Ti uses Makashi and Ataru, both of which Dooku is intimately familiar with.
Or he flicks his wrist and throws Kenobi off a cliff, then takes Shaak Ti by himself.
wouldnt it have been easier to just say "**** it youre right"?
