PC Monitor vs. DOV Spectre

Positive matter U Monitor as of COIE #1.

monitor's only real feat was stalemating AM, before he had absorbed any universes. not sure if that's good enough to beat spectre.

But but but, he had his own station! And it had a really big telescope-type-thingy in it! And, and, he brought other heroes to his super secret station. And Spectre doesn't have a hideout of his own. So that makes Monitor more important to the story than Spectre, and he wins. 😄
