It's not always about weight, though. One good connection with his small fists could knock me out. However, I've never been knocked out.
But, yes...I would have destroyed him. His forearms are very thin...if he tried to block, I fear my punch would break his forearm. I have no idea what that dude was thinking by threatening me...but....he's in the military and is a loud mouth: two combinations that always amount to fights. I don't know how he's survived this long.

It's easier and more accurate to weigh yourself nude, than to find the same clothes you wear each time you weigh yourself.
When you weigh yourself, you're supposed to make sure you're wearing the same clothes, or do it nude (no pun intended). That way (not pun intended), you get an accurate reading on your weight's fluctuation.
