Which is? WW Hulk wasn't there to beat down Juggernaut. He was there for xavier and had a time schedule to keep. Juggs got off easy.
WWH was getting his head stomped on and in general slapped around, and then he was straining to move Juggs at all during their grappling/wrestling part.
War Hulk fared a helluva lot better, proving he was more powerful.
