steve is just overall better. in every category. skills, stats, and experience. bronze may match him in skills (which is highly likely, but cap pretty much has him beat everywhere else). plus the obvious defense weapon, his shield. bronze is good, slightly better than batman, so steve will have to work for it.

its a hand to hand fight which means no shield.

cap still has the strength and speed advantage to win.

Is Cap in his suit(which is also armor)?

could very well be, i don't know a huge amount about BT, but if he's up there with Bruce/Cassy/Shiva physically then thats would put him in the Super Human catagory on a marvel Scale and a Peak on on a DC.

Bronze hasn't shown anything that puts him at caps level in stats. Unless you have an instance or scan. I have most of Ostrander's run and have read most of his appearances.

he may not need better or equal stats since he is arguably the better fighter.

wouldn't that make him better people say cap is equal to bats in skill all the time and batman cant beat him only stalemate or lose
