If she was born with internal testicles pumping her doses of testosterone, I fail to see how that would be grounds for disqualification, as she was born that way, though still technically a female. This has happened, as men with a pair of ovaries.

I'd guess steroids, before hermaphroditism. But she could easily give a swab of cheek DNA and set the issue to rest.
