Which won't be happening, if that's the case. But I'd like him to clarify first, since the purpose of the thread isn't clear at all.

We have one already, and about 95% of the characters that would be on this list will also be on the main list, so there's little point. And it creates a bad precedent for {insert themed group of characters} to have their own as well. Not to mention that the only reason the tiers list hasn't become chaotic argument is because it has very structured rules which are enforced regularly. This doesn't even have rough power levels by which to place characters.....just "Tier 1," whatever that means.
