Cassandra cain is arguably a better H2H fighter than Bruce, but who would win in a all-out fight

You mean besides when Bruce knocked Shiva out with one punch?
Cassie has also beaten Shiva twice, and Batman has beaten Cassie soundly, twice.

Cassie might be the superior technical fighter, but Bruce has plenty of advantages over her. He takes it.

batman would wreck her with his yrs of experience, contingency plans and his utility belt... cassie is good and on his lvl of fighting via her body reading language but it is not really much to put her too far above bats.

cass has a utilty belt to; i dont think she has much gadgets as Bruce,
