Marv gets tipped off to go look into a case of a serial killer gone mad in NYC Watchmen 'verse. He narrows the search down to Eddie Blake. They have the showdown in a huge bar that's populated. No prep. Who wins each scenario?

Scenario II: Standard Equipment and Weapons permitted.

Who would you say is the more skilled unarmed combatant between the two?

Comedian. Marv isn't much more than a puncher, he get's by do to super strength, durability and a serious case of viciousness.
