Rogue Growing Gauntlet

the rogues operate as a group. the same group that killed bart. their roster consists of: cap cold, heat wave, abra kadabra, inertia, mirror master, weather wizard. the 6 of them are instructed to survive for as long as they can.

their oppoents enter 1 at a time and as soon as they are in trouble, the next person comes in. how many can the rogues take out before they fall?

oh, and one change: the rogues have foreknowledge of who is coming and were given 2hrs of prep before the gauntlet began.

1. spiderman
2. deathstroke
3. wolverine
4. namor
5. daredevil
6. hawkman
7. doc ock
8. thunderstrike
9. carnage
10. thing

with their prep and ability to use some very good team work (seen in salvation run) do they have a hope of taking this group down? if not, how many CAN they take out?

They clear this. Kadabra + CC + MM in prep = win.

think so? that's pretty high praise. i was pretty disappointed personally with kadabra recently. 😬

not saying they CAN'T clear it, but i don't think it would be easy, nor would they clear it 10/10, imo.

Hell, Weather Wizard can solo most of these guys. Unlike Storm who just threatens it, WW actually has put a tornado inside someone's stomach before. 😈

Hell, Weather Wizard can solo most of these guys. Unlike Storm who just threatens it, WW actually has put a tornado inside someone's stomach before. 😈

I also thought this was X-Men Rogue at first, and half-considered going fanboy on everyone to see if I could convince people that Spidey would beat her alone. Just for the lulz. But alas. I know very little of Flash's rogues.

I remember a Spidey thread where someone (I can't take the credit) actually used the argument that larger groups of opponents favored Spidey (to a point) because his power set allowed him to make more of a chaotic situation. So, for example, Shang Chi would be more effective against Spidey 1-v-1 than in a large battle. That was the train of thought, at least.

It was kind of original, and presented in much longer fashion. But it made for an interesting discussion in the fight.
