I don't recall Black Widow having any kind of powers other than the guns she uses.

Uh, Harley has a big physical advantage.
Widow's equipment is pretty much the equalizer though.
If Harley gets her mallet she literally stomps. =D

+1. both are pretty crafty, but if Harley gets all her toys, she's going to win.

Harley has a big physical advantage? I dont have much knowledge on Harley other than she's some girl who hops around in a cool costume and plays the Jokers 2nd hand wench. Does she have some type of powers or something i'm not aware of? I would think that Natasha would beat her half to death if it was H2H.

Harley is a decent H2H fighter. Her insanity adds to her durability and strength.

Leaning towards Black Widow, since she could just shoot her with her guns.

Apparantly Widow has some Hypnosis power

also how good is Harley's psycial advantage because widows a expert martial artist (including karate, judo, aikido, savate, various styles of kung fu, and boxing) and also i know Wolverine trained her when she was young.

Harley is more agile, more durable and stronger than Black Widow imho.

Black Widow wins cause of her equipment and hypnosis ability.
Tear gas won't work though, since Harley is immune to all toxins.

Poison Ivy gave Harley a potion to immunize her from all poisons and toxins. This potion also had increased her naturally high speed and strength into superhuman levels.

For example, she was able to pierce Killer Croc's skin with busted bowling pins by just throwing them with sufficient force. He's bullet proof.

People in this board are underestimating Harley.
They probably don't know much about her.

Chick's got superhuman durability, strength, and speed.

I don't doubt Black Widow's ability, but Harley is one tough chick.(and hot too lol).
