Shiva can't beat the American dream

This is a pretty damn good fight. The way DC makes her out to be is that she will have a slight H2H edge on Cap but his physical stats help him. Not saying that Lady shiva would have a serious problem with people who are physically better than her, it's just that and mi with a competent MA specialist would help alot.

I would say split.

Lady Shiva in both.

CA's H2H abilities are nowhere near Shiva's.

In scenario 2, she just guns him down with a sniper rifle and a submachine gun.

I'm sure Cap could beat Shiva eventually. Don't see anybody gunning down Cap unless it was a lucky shot. (like how he was murdered in the comics.)
