Norman osborn vs. Lex Luther

Norman is more of a threat to me.

Lex Luther for the win...especially when there is prep involved.

lex luthor vs reed would be better

Osborn does have super strength.

lex has a super armor

Lex deals with bigger and better. He also has better tech than Harry.

Luther owns Osborn. In Marvel only people who equal Lex are Richards and maybe Stark. Stark has money and is very conniving

Marvel's Doom, Apocalypse and Kang and DC's Bruce Wayne are superior though to Lex.
