Thanos vs. Martian M (TP only battle)

1. Who would have the most luck get into Jokers head and getting him to do their bidding?

2. In a just TP battle who would win or get the upper hand more?

Neither one of them can accomplish task 1. MM has a better chance though. 2nd one is MM(imo)
