Nah the Hood casually teleports on his own he also teleported others aswell and he has much better control of his powers currently.

o I didn't know cuz i've never seen him teleport others. they always seemed to have cars. Or in some cases have teleporting abilites

And if he fights like in new avengers he loses from being retarted
