When the fought a second time, Croc surprised Bane and broke the device on his arm that administered Venom into his system. Bane said he didn't need the Venom to beat Croc. He even re-broke Croc's arm. The fight wasn't concluded. They were fighting on a terrace and it broke. Both fell into the sewer and continued fighting. Bane seemed to have the upper hand.

Croc knocked a speeding car off the road with no effort, and he's also become strong to the point where he ripped an entire bank vault door out of the wall. Batman has to plant explosives on him to knock him out now, nothing else works. Apparently, the stronger he gets, the more he regresses, so as he get's stronger, he gets dumber and more savage.
Bane recently got shot, while using Venom, and he would have bled out if he didn't use his training to try and slow the blood flow or something.

Bane wasn't using venom in the last two Secret Six comics, and still took multiple rapid gunfire shots w/o stopping.
