Plus, Sword is there to match Hammer, and isn't that Uber Guardian guy from Omega Flight still kicking about? Plus there's always that Tarnaque BS From Sasquatch.

The World certainly stands a good chance here. There are many on their side, but some of the ones I think that would be major factors are:
The Eternals
Dr. Doom & Latveria
BP & Wakanda
Magneto
Graviton
Apocalypse
Count Nefaria
Namor & Atlantis
The Atlas Foundation
Mister Sinister
Dracula & his vampire network
Master of the World and his resources
Mandarin and his resources
Yellow Claw and his resources
Morgan Le Fay
Captain Britain, Meggan, Mordred, Mys-Tech, Dark Angel etc & Britain's magical resources
Shadow King, and Selene (sometimes she seems really powerful, other times not so sure)
Storm (can anyone beat Storm???)
Wolverine (yeah I know)
Magik (technically no longer on earth most of the time though)
Technically Blackbolt and the Inhumans, being born in Asia would be also for the World team, but I guess they are no longer on earth so are not involved.
SWORD, SHIELD etc are international so I guess are neutral.
Also for the world are Wanda and MJJ, but I'm hesitant to include Wanda if she is HOM because it makes the whole thread pointless, likewise with MJJ. I'd rather everyone like Franklin, Mikhail Rasputin etc stay out of it for the same reason.
With the above list, the tech resources of the world are at least as good as the US. And there are a ton of Chinese, Japanese, Russian, & European characters of varying power levels to face off against the more average US superheroes & villains.
I don't think the World team will lose this with all the resources that they have. I can see this being a win for the World, stalemate, or the total destruction of Marvel earth civilization as we know it (most likely the last).
