I am going by high and low showing. Even when he recovers he still shows signs of faigue or injuries.
you are going by only his high.
Last few fights we see logan his HF was not instant nor was his stamia unlimited.
fight with his son, then the fight with Romulus.
He has better showing with bricks then he does against street level.
As fro my logic as you put it a brick hitting another brick is a different story. the other brick and brace himself for a hit.
