RID Ridley_Prime Smug icon slayer I can't believe no one's mentioned Frieza yet... He's not one of my top favorite villains (even in Dragon Ball), but he still had one of the best maniacal laughs ever, IMO. No one's laughter has left a vibe for me quite like his.
