Marvel Heroes vs Death itself

there is a big party dance gala event in New York and alot of people are invited. Including the fantastic four, Spider-man, the X-men, daredevil and elektra, David banner,Tony start(of course). frank castle(somehow)and blade. they is an "accident". and the heroes escape and save some people. there are reports on the news saying that the survivors. the heroes are left. will they survive death or will they all die?

they have all there powers, abilities, and weapons.

What exactly are they supposed to do? It sounds like they already survived death or this accident.
