What person can solo all the X-Men that have ever existed?

Well he wouldn't be able to do it if he didn't have the technology on him to do so. Given his current upgrade, there would be a lot who would get easily oneshotted, however they still have a few tricks up their sleeves with the like of Darwin, Juggernaut (if he's allowed to be fully powered and not the depowered version he was), Vulcan, Magneto, etc.
