Nah. Savage Hulk amps up significantly depending on the opponent. He could be at Superman's level as the fight starts, like he is with Thor. Meaning, Superman would have his hands full here to begin with. He could win a slim majority before Hulk's increases in strength to a point he is superior to Superman or would have to resort to battle field removal.

captain america-adds the sheild and some fighting ability, yet overall still outclassed in speed and strength by to much. KOed after 8 minutes by supes
quicksilver- makes it more interesting. Now they are some what even in the speed department, yet still to weak. supes can end this fight still rather easily.

Blackbolt- Now its interesting, Supes can not be tagged by his scream, yet one supes full out punch should KO this guy. So at this point with quicksilver's speed, and all the other things, like caps tactics, and reeds smarts. I say supes takes this 5/10.
Lmao, at Superman's one full punch knocking this character out.
Black Bolt on his own, can tank practically anything Superman dishes at him, and can hold his own against him in the strength department,at base. Throw in his versatility, amping and normal Black Bolt can definitely beat Superman for a majority. That's especially so with his scream.
Black Bolt's scream hitting Superman is quite feasible, if they are engaged in close combat, which is Clark's main form of offense. Superman is extremely fast not psychic. Them going toe to toe, and Black Bolt's opens his mouth in Clark's face, and Clark is getting hit in my opinion.
Add in all of the powers/abilities of the Hulk, Ares, Invisible Woman, Cyclops, Drax the Destroyer, Karnak, Reed Richards, Quicksilver, Karnak and so on, and this is a spite shit stomp, in these amalgam's character's favor. Really adding on the Hulk's power set puts him beyond Superman.
