I forgot to bring this up, someone said that DBZ doesnt have any kind of versatility.
Let me name some things that even Roshi has done on his own.
Shoot electricity from his hand (during the time goku turned into the big monkey).
Telepath
Shoot a winter breeze from his hands.
Mind control
Shoot beams from his eyes
Increase his already super human stats to unknown levels.
Telekinesis
And the list goes on.

(BTW a lot of those never even happened, he used hypnosis, not mind control, and I don't recall Roshi ever shooting beams from his eyes).
And what's funny is that Roshi has been the only one to do a lot of those things.
Anyway, call me when a DBZ character uses ki to:
- Transmute material (Buu's beam is magic, it doesn't count)
- Absorb power from opponents (androids don't use ki and thus don't count)
- Teleport things inside of people
- Create black holes
- Give powers to people without any powers
- Travel to other universes
- Shrink to microscopic size
- Bind someone's life force to a certain place
- Create a flame that will never go out
- Absorb a dimension
- Become intangible
- Time travel
Or any of the other things that PC users casually do.

Of course, but not "mind control". The closest one to that was Babidi, and he used magic, no ki (also it only worked by amplifying the evil already present in someone's mind).

Those were specific racial abilities. Nameks have abilities associated with their race like creating Dragonballs, creating eggs to give birth to other creatures, etc. Kaios and Kaioshins have a lot of weird powers that have nothing to do with ki. I'm talking about things that every character can do. Sure, if you take every ability ever shown by every Dragonball/Z character, and combined them all into 1, you would have a pretty damn versatile character.
But the point is that no one character can do all of those things.
And why doesn't Buu's ki attack count? Because it proves you wrong?
You need to work on your reading comprehension. I said it didn't count because it was magic, not ki, and we were specifically discussing ki. Buu is a magical being, many of his abilities are magically based and not based on ki. Do you want me to start bringing up all of the things that magic in Marvel or some other universe can do?

Goku can only do so if they willingly give it to him, and only via a genki dama technique.
Yakon is the only character that ever demonstrated his specific ability. Again, it's a racial trait, not a commonplace thing.

So can anyone, if they are fast enough. In some cases that kind of thing is actually possible at subsonic speeds, depending on the distance traveled, background and foreground colors, and the angle/distance of the viewer.

No, he just locks onto the ki. And teleportation is not what I asked for.

Exactly, he only senses ki, he can't sense things like inanimate objects, or spacial distortions.
Ask Goku what's in the back of your left dresser drawer and he won't know the answer without actually going there and looking.
