last reply to the gallery: The difference is that she was fighting him to prove a point, she literally held herself back to prove a point, she was attracted to Blade.. I'm not saying she was unable to fight him due to attraction I'm saying she didn't take him seriously... which is all true. You can't argue this. And it's replies like this that make you indeed part of the gallery.

and in order to prove that point she had to overpower him first. Again he had just attempted to kill her so shes not just going to stand there because she could end up getting killed.

Elektra and Daredevil? What you were trying to imply was that there was CIS but since ive pointed out to you you like Elektra and Blade your using something else. Hell you could even argue at that point in the fight there was some attraction but not prior to that ( the bit where they gripped hands).

Cracking joke does not automantically mean not taking it serioulsy. Spitfire was fairly confident she could hold her own but that doesnt mean she thought Blade was a joke.
Just to add a bit more. One can argue that during the fight there was some attraction shown by both of them at acertain point in the fight....where they were gripping hands. Blade clearly showed that there was some attraction and thats why he whipered in her ear.
Blade is cold ruthless killer why on earth would he do something like that and when has he has never done something like that? Obvoulsy his attraction for her was stopping him from thinking clearly.
One can also argue at this point Spitfire showed some attraction. However this does not apply to the beginning of the fight, unless you serioulsy want to believe that after Blade had staked her that it actually turned her on.
Furthermore just because you respect somebody or you are attracted to somebody doesnt neccesarily mean you are going to hold back if you are of a warrior mindset. You wont kill that person but if you engage in combat thats not going to stop you from taking them down.

I dunno because Blade nearly killed her before hand. Usually when somebody trys to kill you, you tend to treat them as serioulsy. Because she was vamped out if you look at the series when Spitefire wants to mess somebody up thats what she does.
