I like FFX's 'Wandering Flame' theme.

The piece is brilliant.. I've mastered it on piano

JRPGs in general have incredible music. Nothing beats the OSTs of the Chrono series or Xenogears.

Oblivion, Morrowind, Halo 1-3, Jade Empire, Fable 1, KotOR 1 and 2(two has alot more original music)

Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time-The one that plays in the desert!!
