The Scotsman (from Samurai Jack) fights Afro on the bridge where Samurai Jack first met the Scotsman.

I don't think they gave him a name. Pretty sure it's just The Scotsman. In any case, said Scotsman is on par with Jack, so I'd say he could pull this off.

Jack would stomp Afro, so Scotsman probably could as well.
