battle 1: WPOC Vs Galactus FP w/all of his heralds(fallen one, Fire lord, Silver Surfer, Nova, Red Shift, Air walker, Stardust, Human Torch, Terrax, Morg and the Destroyer)

battle 2: WPOC Vs Galactus FP w/the UN(would Phoenix survive the UN????)
