The Joker is in Nakatomi Plaza

Similar to the Michael Myers thread, here The Joker will be replacing Detective John McClane in the Die Hard scenario. Unlike the other threads where the characters have to seek out weapons and equipment, I'm giving Joker a duffle bag full of it. Hans Gruber have taken over the Nakatomi Plaza, killed Takagi, and scared the shit out of the hostages. Unknowingly to everyone else in the building, a lone clown is on the loose. Can Joker suceed? Or does Gruber triumph?

Dufflebag Contents.
*Bank Mask
*Glock 18 9mm Automatic Pistol w/ spare clips
*S&W Model 64 .357 Revolver w/ spare bullets
*Hand Grenades
*Knife
*Pencils
*Tobasco Sauce
*Sharpie Marker Pack
*Stapler

Rules
*Joker must kill Hans and all of his henchmen and not let them escape.
*Joker must keep 50% of the hostages alive.
*Joker can acquire additional weaponry and equipment.
*Joker gets no outside aid or help.

Things to Consider
*Joker is nowhere near the h2h combatant that McClane is nor is he in as good a physical shape.
*Joker is likely smarter than Hans Gruber himself.
*Joker is just as resourceful as McClane.
*Hans' henchmen are armed with the same stuff they were in the film.

Joker puts a smile on all their faces.

Joker umm is not smarter than Hans I would believe. However given his bag of toys he will dispose of quite a few of em. Although hes not stealthy at all like McClane. And he has no experience in counter terrorism and if anything he would want to kill everyone and just walk out anyway. Given the situation though where he must keep 50% of the people alive. I say he doesnt complete his mission because he would most likely be killed.

Re: Re: The Joker is in Nakatomi Plaza

He'll do his usual theatrical babbling except this time his opponent won't care, Hans will see right through his BS, order Karl and the goons to shoot him and get back to business of stealing.

Yeesh.

haermm ✅

joker, badass as he is,is getting raped by bullets.han's men ftw, unless pulls an i'm taking u with me scenario

This scenario doesn't make sense anyways. What is The Joker doing in Nakatomi Plaza?

the joker relies on people being sympathetic either to his victims or to him for w/e reason. he doesnt have the type of tactical intelligence required to take out a man who is just as willing to kill anyone who stands in his way as the joker is. hans wont hesitate to shoot if joker takes one of his boys hostage or anything of that sort. hans men have the same resolve.

so joker gets gunned down fairly quickly.

Cosigned.

*Hans and the Joker in the "Bill Clay" scene..*

J: You wanna know how I got these scars...?

H: Yes...Tell me all about them.

*Joker proceeds to deliver the thirty third over long diatribe that contradicts previous itterations whilst Hans (in a perfect American accent just goes:
"uh huh..... right.......uh-huh.....gotcha......right.....thats what I would have said....really..? No way, man......" long enough to reaqquire his gun and deposit some of the lead in the handgrip in Jokers head.*

Applying for a night security job.

It would be fairer if Gruber had Mrs Joker upstairs as one of the hostages...

For Joker's motivation, and for the plot to be able to offer up the same gauntlet for Joker to follow through..

He also should have been caught with his shoes off atthe beginning too, as that had massive relevance/effect later on in the movie..

Mrs. Joker? haermm You mean Mimi from the Drew Carey show?

Maybe... 😂

Failing that, Cherie Blair.

Mimi wears about the same amount of makeup as the Joker does.

Yeah but Cherie looks like this:

If she borrows Mimi's makeup maybe........

Yeesh, we have a winner.

She is just as evil as the joker too.
And with her evil legal mind, and her resistance to self aggrandising monotonous monologues from years of being married to his Tonyness, she'd be the perfect juxaposition.
