I think his point is that it is highly unlikely for either to oneshot the other. Both are too skilled to get caught by a clean hit in a vital section.

Anyway I hate to say it I think Daken wins. If Blade wounds Daken he can still heal, sure Blade could potentially dismember Daken or chop his head off but Daken is skillful enough to make this difficult for Blade. In the process of doing this Blade will get wounded and he wont be able to heal thus making his fight harder.

Blade could get some wins if he trys to keep his distance as much as possible.
