"so this ball, you wouldn't happen to have any nicer clothes for me to were would you" magnus asked marie as he walked up to her

Marie dusted herself off and pointed to a shop just a ways down the road. "There are shops and pubs all about. Do as you wish. Just tell them that you are a guest of mine. I will take care of the fee. All of you feel free to wander about."

"why thankyou, i will go now," he started to walk away

Tawny rushed over to Marie and the others " Please I'm sorry for coming up to you like this.. But if I may, well I would like to help with your cause I could be of use to you and it looks like you need all the help you can to defeat Princess Kasper " she said but spoke Princess Kasper's name in a hushed whisper.

magnus came out of the store a few minutes later with a pin-striped suit, very unusual for his home,
"gotta say, this is certainly weird clothing, but i like it," he sai adjusting the blazer

Luna didn't like the idea of getting dressed up but she thought she might as well go and have a look to see what the shops around the town had to offer and It was on marie after all so it was all good to her.

Marie pulled Tawny into a hug. "Thank you. We need all the help we can get. We will have to plan tonight."

"and what exactly is this plan?" magnus asked running his hand over the arms of the suit, there was slight green glow under his hand...he was altering it to fit him better

Tawny warmly embraced Marie's hug and then broke apart and understood the imprtance to Marie's words " Thank you, I'm just glad to help anyway I can " she said giving a gentle smile.

Reiri came to marie in a storm of bats "im here to help my name is Reiri Tominawa and this is my techy brother Hitosu Moriko im an illusionist vampire and my bro is great at building machines we'd be glad to help"

Marie smiled and nodded. "Thank you. We could use your help."

magnus waved to the new-comers, then looked back at marie
"serously though, the plan," magnus asked again

Marie could only shake her head. "I have none. I know only the lay of the castle. I am not able to make a plan on my own. I do not know your powers, so I cannot descide for the group."

"great...well then i geuss it's up to us to make the plan then" magnus said showing some xcitement...but not much

Reiri went to marie" My bats can keep surveilence on the castle so we can have a visual on what there doing".

Zoe closed her eyes sadly. She couldn't stand everything that was happening.

"Might as well die, where I stand. I seriously don't deserve to live..."

Marie gasped. "Zoe! How could you say that? You're parents gave their life for you. All they would ever want is for you to survive. What would they say if they heard you talking that way."

"ya don't be too hard on yourself, very few things work at first try" magnus told her rolling up his stleeve to reveal a long scar on his arm from a burn
"happenned first time i tried to cast a fire spell" magnus told her

The young woman looked at the scar Magnus showed. "Oh... I'm very sorry..."

Zoe looked at Marie. Then she hung her head down. "Y-you're right, Marie. But... my family died to protect me! Why am I here? Why did I survive and not them? I just don't understand...."

Tears fell from her eyes as she spoke this. "Why?"

"because they wanted you to live, now mind you i didn't know them at all, hell i don't really know you, but every parent lives to protect their child, if you wish yourself to die, your basically dishonouring their sacrifice" magnus said, remebering when his parents died in the same attack he survived
