Darth Maul vs Wolverine

This is a fanboy/bullshit argument, from a movie standpoint.

If you're going to argue that the Jedi were killed because Palpatine was using his beyond uber power to gimp the Force across the entire SW universe, then why did the Jedi still have their powers? They still were able to use precog, Force telekinesis, Force reflexes, Force speed, Force agility etc. etc. etc. Stands to reason, the Force isn't without limits and Force users really can't do anything and everything.

Only thing Palaptine did in the films, was cloud the future somewhat and hide his evil-powers from them, as to remain hidden.

the actual reason that ive heard is that jedi predict someone attacking them through the malicious intent the attacker possesses. the reason why they could not sense the clones is because the clones had no malicious intent they were just following orders...

😬

Nope, the reason they didn't sense the clones was because they'd come to trust them so deeply that the thought of an attack wasn't even on their minds.

Plus, a bunch of the clones had malicious intent, many of them were mad at the jedi for sending them and their brothers to die.

Trying to kill someone is malicious intent. But okay.

Jedi have precog that lets them see something right before it happens, not just attacks.

Not all the Jedi were back-doored by the Clones. Yoda for one sensed it and cut the troopers into pieces. That cone-head dude (forgot his name) wasn't surprised, he also fought back for a few seconds. All the Jedi in the temple certainly weren't surprised, as an invading clone army firing would be a hint that something was amiss.

Conclusion: Jedi powers aren't the end all be all, they have their limits and non-Jedi can kill Jedi.

Edit: The cone-head's name is Ki-Adi-Mundi.

Ki-Adi-Mundi found out when he charged and the clones didn't move. Aayla Secura never found out because she'd formed a bond with them.

I.E., she was letting those strapping clones DP and TP her, hot. The whore.

Yeah, I wish I was one of the clones, I wanted some of that blue Twi'lek poon.

thats what the " 😬 " was for. its a very shitty justification imo. more of lucas half assed logic.

Trying to kill someone isnt always Malicious intent. A Soldier in the battle field is told to kill all in a village that is suspected to house insurgents.... Now either the Soldier does this or is tried for Treason. He has no choice in the matter. And though he has no real wish to kill these people he has to. Thus there is no Maliciousness in his actions, unless the guy enjoys it.

It could be the clones had no choice.....

but how did this get from Maul vs Wolverine ... to Jedi vs clones?

I was just thinking that too.

what? the big part? Or the "How did the topic change" part?

Last part.

Precog doesn't just work on attacks, it just works. I remember a book in EU when something was rushing toward a jedi, and he stepped out of the way in time, it was like a runaway hover cart or something.

OK, um.......ok.

Yeah, think on that.

Precog senses danger, whether it is an attack or a runaway speeder, I thought.

Not dealing with books here Movie forum. Movie feats only.

That's what I meant RJ, and I know Scarlet.
