Galactus doesn't seems to bother a little with Abraxas. I'm not sure, but I think that Galactus would kill him on his own power.
As for the thread, Galactus absorb him, like the rest.

black arc g was a zombie who had no control over anything he was doing. are we assuming this is an intelligent version of that altered galactus? if so, i'd guess he could just absorb abraxas since he seemed to be in the process of absorbing everything else . . .

probably abraxas. in terms of on panel accomplishments, BCA-galactus failed to devour even a single universe.
