Agreed, but Shiva would give hell in scenario 1-Caps higher stats and durability just about getting him through.

The shield is not at all a deciding factor here. Cap wins both scenarios.

But Phantom is right. That fight was primarily PIS. A Superman level opponent being disarmed with a stick while sneaking up on Shiva invisible.

She wins h2h (IMO) because of her outstanding record and how DC pretty much makes her seem like a myth do to her owning everybody.
