Well who says Surfer's board and his body are metals that can be manipulated by magnetism? I've never seen any evidence, although I don't read much Surfer, so if someone could enlighten me.

Used to think of Surfer as a suped up Magneto. However after the creating wormhole thing and being depowered and repowered I am not quite sure what Mags` powerlevel is. He is extremely good at making use of his powers tho. How does Surfer`s skill compare?

so u got surfer,a herald of an abstract god, a character who can not just manipulate matter and energy ad he pleases,but also control all 4 fundamental forces,and at one point even surpassed his boss in power...and u expect a alpha-level mutant to kill him
