Martin Riggs vs. John Cutter

John Cutter is flying first class aboard a commercial air flight when Riggs goes nuts. Cutter supressed Riggs with a taser and tells the pilot to land the plane. Riggs is about to be taken into custody when he asks Cutter, "Wahduya say Jack? Would you like a shot at the title?" A hand to hand fight ensues in a parking lot at an airport. No guns. Both guys are at 100%. Who wins?

Stomp? Cutter is impressive in H2H. I'd say he's definately on Riggs' level atleast.
