It’s not a low showing because it’s consistent with Black Bolt’s strength. He dropped him with a single hit. Not anything new. Thing is somewhere in the 100 ton range true but this means shit against a guy who can go toe to toe with Gladiator and gain the advantage, go toe to toe with an enraged Hulk and drop him with a single blow, put down the likes of Namor himself with a single blow into a Water Dam of all places when pissed off. This is all at base. Hell, his even gone toe to toe with Thor albeit he was amping at that time but this is Thor.
It would not be a great match at all in my opinion. Black Bolt is simply on a different level in terms of strength. Thing would get his shit handed to him.

How would messing with his structure affect Bobby with what he can do currently? Manipulating matter wouldn’t really give him any advantage over Iceman unless you can use matter manipulation on a consciousness. He could say turn Bobby’s body to stone (His done this before.), but it wouldn’t mean anything to Iceman. Hell, the first time he reformed from nothing is when he had his molecules scattered and displaced and he did so instantly.

Fair enough. Why would he? If anything when it comes to power sets, Magneto’s would really **** shit up for Black Bolt. He isn’t getting past his shields that easily if at all. He can trade punches with planet busters but the Thing would give him a great fight? You’re hurting your own argument. When has Hulk busted planets? Just wondering. Impressive that is but Magneto can amp himself to the point he can easily shrug off someone like Hercules off of him, and so on.

Your argument starts falling apart here. Black Bolt’s voice is ridiculously powerful and way beyond mountain leveling. When agitated with a single word he could annihilate half a planet. That’s a hell of a lot greater than mountain leveling power or nuclear assaults.

Current Hulk is the Hulk we see running around the most these last issues which is Savage Hulk as far as I can tell. What does Hulk having low showings have anything to do with this?
Black Bolt can go toe to toe with an enraged Hulk at his base, and has shrugged off a blow from Hulk and dropped him with one. Throw in his amping abilities, and yes he can hang with the Hulk.
The Hulk is a brick but an incredibly powerful brick. A healing factor doesn’t mean you can’t be put down as we have seen countless times. What in his power set gives him the win? His main offense is punching things and amping in strength and Black Bolt can match him in both categories. Throw in his entire power set and his voice? There isn’t any reason Black Bolt should lose.
