Stalemate, or Superman.

Captain Planet has an air of true invulnerability about him, and he's at least within the strength range to damage Superman, but Superman has more experience fighting top-tiers and actually knows how to fight.

Superman wins after an extended fight where Captain Planet eventually concedes, knowing he's just not up to snuff yet. Since Captain Planet fights for the planet, he gains Superman's respect and they go bowling.

Captain Planet is pretty g but I am leaning towards Superman on this one. Captain Planet has only experience fighting common thugs (though we dont know how good he actually is since we haven't actually seen him fight anyone worth while). I'm only saying Superman because he seems much stronger than Captain Planet which is the only thing I'll give him. All of Supermans other power would have no effect on CP

I want to see somebody illustrate that xD. In my mind it's the funniest thing. lol Superman has a new power because of this. If I were Doomsday I would be scarred to fight Superman knowing he had this new, disgusting power. haha Superman kills all of the Marvel characters with this being his trump card.
