Anybody who can challenge Thor has means of beating the Juggernaut. Your claim that Juggernaut embarrassed Thor isn't relevant to this thread. A -different- Juggernaut which wailed on an already weakened Thor, is of no relevance to a thread where we're not using the 8th day Juggernaut.

The only problem is that Ulik can't logically challenge Thor. Thor's dropped him with a single punch before.

Anybody who can challenge Thor has means of beating the Juggernaut.
