Marvel Earth, maybe. But Galactus as proven to be too strong for Rulk.

Rulk is somewhere between Uatu and Galactus. Powerful enough to one-shot Uatu, but not enough tough to resist the power of Galactus.

Still, Uatu is well above Thanos and Mangog, so Rulk have no difficulty destroying they're face.
