31-33 DP has multiple skirmishes with him and wins every one.

61-63 They never actually fight.

its hard to go from memory but in 33 didnt dp need to get powered by the ghost/reannimated corpse of mercedes to beat t-ray or was that a different issue? on a side note is there a lamer name for a character than t-ray in comics? he doesnt even shoot rays or anything.

Yea, for about 3 pages, he was beating T-ray on his own in 32 though.

If T-ray is dumb enough to try and fight Wolverine he gets his head cut off. Deadpool used to kick his ass all the time. The only problem here - T-ray is a powerful magician, and whenever he gets his ass kicked he uses magic and I dont see Logan countering it. So if he fights smart (meaning staying the hell away from Wolverine and blasting him with magic from distance) he wins.
