remember wesker's movements were viewed through a normal humans eyes. vampires should have better vision so he wouldnt be "teleporting" in the eyes of kain.

if kain is able to land a hit with the reaver it would probably be over. draining wesker would probably end up hurting kain. and wesker hitting kain would be a k.o.

my opinion 6/10 for wesker, and thats heavily based on which strength kain has.

Wesker's movement weren't viewed by human eyes. He was at one place, then another. His strength feats as well as durability feats are higher than those of Kain. He is faster and perceive things faster. He has higher reaction time as well as speed and he's more agile as well.

On every physical level, Wesker is significantly better. Kain needs his powers to stand a chance.

He logically has all the strength of Dumah, Raziel combined but theres no solid feats to gauge this.

who else viewed them? not anyone above superhuman levels. base vampires are above superhuman levels in every thing. and kain is far from a base vampire now. a gave wesker the victory because of his reaction time and durability. strength wise kain has the edge. vampires only get stronger with age in all physical areas. in fact if kain gets the timing down, which i have no doubt he will. he should pull this out with ease. the only problem is kain's durability.

Sure, let's call it rebuttal.

Wesker was shown to be so fast he appeared to be teleporting while dodging bullets and stuff.

Can you prove Wesker was seen by Chris and Sheva while moving in such a way?

Definatley dodging bullets? not the aim of those fireing the guns?

Wesker only whips out the Matrix moves when fired upon, not simply aimed at.
