outside of thor, we really have no way of knowing which sourcerers would affect juggernaut. all we know is that juggernaut basically walked through everything dr strange did, then thor negated his magics for 60 seconds.
to me that says 50/50. then the sourcerer would have to be able to deal with hulk himself. and keep the enchantment off.

Very true but Thor no longer has that 60 sec. problem and can negate the Gem for however long he need to.
With all the other hero's WWH should go down but without negating the enchantment it is going to get ugly fast

dr strange has run into the juggernaut twice. neither time was he affective against him in the least.
zantana and dr fate i know next to nothing about. dc folk? either way i'm not sure how effective they would be against juggernaut/hulk.
i'm sure they COULD harm him in some way but your average magic attacks juggernaut will usually just walk through.
edit: i guess we have seen one other magical attack on the juggernaut. that was with d'spayre. he stole juggernauts power and claimed that "the fabric of time and space" were his to control or something really similar. he was still really ineffectual against a pissed off juggernaut. something tells me this hulk would be a really really pissed off juggernaut.
