Hulk is juggernaut for all intents and purposes and with no bfr they cant hurt him and when the hour is up god help the heroes because they will either end up dead or dying and if by some mountain of luck they still survive with hulkernaut still in play they are murdered horribly when the second wave arrives.

Hulk himself gets to hour 2 because without BFR and him having the gem none can really hurt him until this point. At that point both get stomped.

My bad i read it wrong, then its a stalemate as no one will harm hulk
in this situation and without bfr he is just there being hit and feeling nothing. He may kill a good number of them though over the course of 200 years

Rest on list is no factor. No one can push and shove Hulk physically with the Juggernaut gem.
