This is true for the most part they would be hard pressed to put DD down for good.

Very true but they should be able to put him down for at least a k/o Godblast plus Thanos firepower added to it should be interesting although i think Thor soul removal tatic would put Doomsday down for good.

If Thor is fighting Marvel then Thanos is on his own and considering the blasts DD took i doubt Thanos will be able to put him out on his own. I don't know how a soul removal will affect DD i didn't even know he had a soul. Also i think Thor can take punishment from DD for a while but Marvel can't do the same when fighting Thanos but thats just my opinion. This fight can obviously go either way.

Darkseid isn't above top tier imo. He is an equal to Superman and Orion in hand to hand combat. In fact I'd venture to say Superman beats him in a solid majority if Darkseid doesn't get to use his omega beams.

Imperiex easily killed him with one attack. He was not beyond all attacks. He was beyond the forces and the characters who got in his way in this story. he was also defeated by superman in doomsday wars after this.

It would be hard... But DD one shotting either Thor or Thanos... not even close to how it would go.
