Bullseye vs. Cyclops

I don't know if this has been done before. I really hate the search option here, but I was sitting here thinking what would be a good test of skills bout and these two marksmen came to mine

This is a skills contest, not h2h, or fighting. Who is more accurate when it comes to tagging targets?

They're both good, Scott blasts people after ricocheting his beam about 4-5 times.

He and Bullseye can hit just about anything. I can't really pick between the 2.

Both are great but I say Bullseye would win buy a small margin. I believe he has less showings of missing. Cyclops I think misses a tad more but still rare.

Bullseye has the edge in straight accuracy, but nobody can bounce shots like Cyclops.

cyclops has the definite range advantage, and his optic blasts can put high-meta-mid herald (and possible higher) on their asses'.

Ahem. I cannot recall off the bat any instance of Cyclops missing (there surely are, of course), but i'd say even.

cyclops has a much easier task...ie imagine you give bullseye a laser gun, he'd never miss either

bullseye however can even hit objects with ordinary objects at otherwise impossible angles

Cyke has a auto laser guide whenever his eyes are open he sees trajectory no matter what which gives him a slight edge
