zeus never battled odin directly on panel but it has been stated in a comic that they once battled in a fight that was causing ripples in the multiverse, so they did fight just not on panel.
they almost fought on panel twice though
once when odin barged his way into olympus and zeus was coming to confront him
and another when zeus almost went to asgardia(fully armored) to retreive thor
odin looks to zeus as his equal and vishnu is up there too

i also can provide at least three more sources with this
also. when odin was captured by the dark gods he was counting on zeus to come free him.

We can only hope. That would be epic. I'm of the belief that he's around Odin level but just a notch below. This is only going by feats and general portrayal of both.
