Boba would have a distinct advantage with his jet pack, and long-range weapons, but he would definitly have a hard time finding batman from a ranged advantage.

So? Batman's the best Martial Artist in the DC Universe. Fett's got gadgets. So does Batman. Fett has armour. So does Batman. Fett's jetpack is the only advantage he would have in Gotham. Batman knows the territory, has a plane and a car at his disposal, a car which can be hit by an RPG and not kill him. Plus to address your point, some guy with no arms and legs could be a mandalorian how would being a Mandalorian help there?

Boba could just free all Arkham prisoners and kill Batman from a distance while he engages. If that does not work and the two engage in H2H how will Batman handle Bobas flamethrower and wrist rocket?
