Who's the weakest character to KO PC Marvel & Adam?

I've seen scans of Mary, billy, and jr trying to KO Adam at the same time, but no luck. Same with Marvel, who has shown to have true invulnerability (Juggernaut style). Who's the weakest character that will be successful in KO'ing PC Adam and Billy?

Post Crisis Black Adam, and he's the weakest and strongest able to do it.

Didn't Havok do the same thing with the Living Monolith?? He absorbed the same type of energy, but Havok did it better, so LM had nothing to power him?

as far as pre-crisis feats go, i wouldn't say sivana's was PIS at all..

after years of research, sivanna found a way to 'overpower' the wizard shazam, by placing him in a trance:

nope. t'was DC sivana.

i'd probably place pre-crisis sivana in the same general tier as reed. current sivana, though? not so much.

Fawcett version of Marvel had the true invulnerability, right? The scans I saw seemed really old.

Oh, BTW, Mr. Mind had a similar feat. He drew the power from the universe itself to fuel a powerful body. This was to meet the standards to battle Cap Marvel.
