well if he really draws his power from every being that ever died (including all heros and vilains from all universes) he should take it but I doubt that he will be portrait like that in BL, so IMO it's too soon for this thread.

GEB retired. He's in the Shadowlands

I think Nekron wins. He owned like all the guardians at once if I recall.
